Brief biography
- Ovik graduated with honors from Moscow State Law University, where he studied in-depth civil, civil and arbitration procedural law. During his studies, within the framework of a bilateral agreement with the University of Western Paris, he was sent to Paris to study the law of the European Union, as well as international economic and English common law.
- After graduating from the University, he enrolled in a master’s degree in International Human Rights Law and Multilevel Governance at the University of Padua in Italy, where he gained in-depth knowledge in the field of international migration law, as well as the protection of the rights of refugees, migrants and members of their families. He successfully completed an internship at the Human Rights Center in Padua, Italy.
- Ovik started his legal practice as an assistant migration lawyer at the company «Migrant Law», where he was engaged in the registration of migration documents for citizens of various countries. In addition, Ovik advised foreign clients on various issues of migration law, and also developed the fastest and best ways to legalize the status of foreign workers, family members of migrants, as well as refugees. This practice helped him to acquire extensive knowledge and experience in the field of migration law.
- At the moment, Ovik provides legal support in the field of migration and corporate law, facilitating the relocation of foreign expat workers to the Russian Federation.
